Brewing Instructions

For a specific coffee, refer to exact brewing parameters such as dose, grind size, ratio, and water temperature on the product page.

Step 1: Prepare Your Materials

  • Grind your coffee beans to a coarse consistency, similar to breadcrumbs.
  • Measure out the appropriate amount of coffee and cold, filtered water for your desired batch size.

Step 2: Combine Coffee and Water

  • Place the coarsely ground coffee in your chosen steeping container.
  • Slowly pour the cold water over the coffee grounds, ensuring all the grounds are saturated.

Step 3: Steep the Coffee

  • Gently stir the coffee-water mixture to ensure even saturation.
  • Cover the container and let it steep at room temperature for 12-18 hours, adjusting the time based on your preferred strength.

Step 4: Strain the Cold Brew

  • Once steeped, strain the cold brew using a fine-mesh sieve, cheesecloth, or a specialized cold brew filter.
  • Remove all the grounds to obtain a smooth, concentrated liquid.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy

  • Serve the cold brew concentrate over ice for a refreshing sip or dilute it with water or milk to your liking.
  • Add in sweeteners or flavorings if desired, and consider garnishing with a twist of citrus or hint of fresh herbs for an extra touch of flair.

Step 6: Storage Tips

  • Store any leftover cold brew concentrate in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. When serving, mix the concentrate with equal parts water or milk.
