This washed lot comes from Kolli Berri Estate in Mudigere, 30 km from Chikmagalur, a women-led enterprise run by Pranathi Shetty. The cup is clean, uniform, and marked by bold flavors that cut through with clarity and balance. Designed for everyday drinking, it carries both strength and refinement—dependable yet distinctive.

Aromas of malt open into layered flavors of dark chocolate and ripe prunes. The cup shows balanced acidity, a rounded body, and pleasant sweetness throughout. Clean and uniform, it reveals clarity in processing and consistency in every sip. The finish is quick yet refined, leaving a subtle trace of cocoa and dried fruit.

Cherries were carefully selected at peak ripeness from elevations between 3,500–3,750 feet MSL. After meticulous sorting, all floaters and defects were removed before pulping. The parchment was fermented to loosen mucilage, then washed clean and laid out for slow drying. This attentive process preserved clarity and sweetness, ensuring a uniform cup.
