Shipment

We roast daily to ensure the freshest coffee for our customers. Typically, orders are dispatched within two working days of being placed. Shipping is complimentary on all orders, regardless of the order amount. Delivery can be expected within 2 to 7 days post-shipment, depending on your location. On rare occasions, delays might occur due to unforeseen issues with our courier partners. For assistance with unexpected delays, please contact us at coffee@naivo.in, and we will promptly address the situation.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests for coffee orders will be honoured if made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Returns and Refunds

Our core mission is to deliver coffees that we find irresistible. However, if our coffee does not meet your expectations and you wish to request a refund, kindly contact us at coffee@naivo.in within 3 days of receiving your order, including the following details:

1. Your Full Name and Phone Number
2. Date of Purchase
3. Items you want refunded
4. Reason for Return

We will respond within two business days of receiving your refund request. Upon approval, all products, whether coffee or equipment, must be returned before processing the refund. Equipment returns must be in new and unused condition. Refunds will be initiated within two days of approval. The crediting of funds to your account is contingent upon the banking processes of your financial institution.
